Requirements :

• BS in Food Science, Food Technology or related degree
Minimum of 3 years of quality management experience
Experience with starting up new lines and new products
Working Knowledge of food safety and QA programs such as HACCP, GMP and SPC
Food Science background with some exposure to R&D within foods
Familiar with Silliker and AIB programs/audits
Strong Continuous Improvement experience
Strong leadership, coaching, developing, mentoring experience

Duties:

Develop and implement food safety and QA programs as well as train employees on food safety and QA programs. Investigate QA complaints and implement corrective actions. Provide technical supports on new product rollout, new process and equipment implementation. Conduct monthly plant GMP/Food Safety and Quality System audits. Audit and assist suppliers to resolve quality issues. Lead/participate in company's continuous improvement and safety programs. Work with Sanitation Group to ensure food safety and quality. Manage pest control program.

Salary: Base: $65K to $75K
