Requirements:

• BS/BA degree required
Minimum of 5 years experience in Food or Beverage processing or packaging
Leadership in Production, Packaging, or Maintenance areas is required
Must have experience and desire to lead in a teams environment with a high level of integrity
Coaching and mentoring experience/approach
Track record of setting expectations, tracking results and managing accountability
Technical knowledge of the process
Strong problem solver
Exposure to TPM, Lean or other continuous improvement tools/programs

Duties:

Leadership of operations across all shifts for an established area of the Plant including team leads and approximately 40 nonunion employees. Furthermore, this position uses effective leadership, planning, technical, communication, and coaching skills to empower work teams to produce high quality products that meet our customer needs in the most cost-effective manner.

Location: WA

Salary: $70K to $80K + 20% Bonus
