Duties: Plant Manager of a large meat plant. Leads and develops 4 direct reports with over 600 indirects in the plant. Responsible for delivering safety, quality, cost and productivity goals. Develops and executes budgets for the plant. Coordinates with Quality, Engineering, R&D and Production on expansion and other capital projects.
