Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience leading process reliability improvements within a manufacturing plant Experience utilizing formal troubleshooting methods on manufacturing equipment/processes Experience training others on improving process capability required Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment required Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule Experience with the manufacturing of fluid liquids in multiple packaging formats in a continuous process environment preferred Experience developing justifications and cost estimates for capital projects preferred Experience developing process reliability training materials and supporting training activities preferred Experience writing process reliability related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) preferred Experience with maintenance and technical support of manufacturing equipment preferred Experience with SAP, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint preferred
Duties: Reporting to the Operations Manager / Process Reliability Process Owner, the Operations Process Engineer will work in a team environment to own and aggressively drive process reliability results within the plant. The incumbent will analyze the effectiveness and lead reliability improvement results of equipment, processes, process control systems, production methods, and procedures within Operations. This is also a developmental role for an individual interested in a leadership career in operations or engineering. Skills and experience in the areas of Reliability Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Leadership will be expected. - Lead efforts to improve the performance of the plant in the areas of process reliability
Provide technical support and assist with analysis and solutions to complex problems to improve reliabilityLead, coach, and develop technical skills within Continuous Improvement Teams and individual Technicians to support reliability goalsDevelop and document process instructions to improve reliability Understand and translate process capability through statistical tools and analysis and lead improvement initiatives to improve these capabilities Location: IN Salary: $60K to $85K + 10% Bonus NOTE: Thank you for your interest in our opportunity.
