Requirements:

• Must have a BS/BA Degree
Minimum of 5 years plant based manufacturing experience
Must have food or consumer products experience
Strong project management skills
Ability to develop a skills inventory and perform gap analysis at each plant
Strongly prefer SAP system knowledge, including system implementation experience
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn processes within the business
Ability to lead change and influence people
Analytical, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills to assess needs, understanding issues, and identify unique requirements
The ability to build and develop relationships with plant and corporate leadership teams.

Duties:

Leads the planning and implementation of specialized practices for manufacturing processes. Coordinates with Director of Continuous Improvement, Pillar Leaders and Plant Managers to execute implementation plans. Develops and maintains training and tracking standards. Coaches plant resources in implementation of improvement methodology. Trains and validates resources in use of the manufacturing processes.

Location: IA

Salary: $85K to $115K + 15%
