Requirements:

• BS Degree
Minimum of 2 years with a preference for at least 3-5 years of Supervision within Food or Beverage
Understanding of KPI's and how to drive performance
Strong Leadership Skills with a coaching and mentoring philosophy
Must be willing to relocate in the future and have the ability/desire to move up in the organization within 2-3 years.
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Duties:

Coach, mentor and organize a group of 12-20 nonunion hourly employees. Performs performance reviews and plans to improve performance for each individual. Manages projects on the shift and works crossfunctionally to be sure priorities are addressed. Communicates regularly with other Operations Leaders and the Operations Manager to ensure all company goals are being accomplished.

Salary: $60K to $70K + 10% Bonus
