Requirements:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Packaging, Processing, or a closely related field is preferred
Strong Leadership skills
Minimum of 4 years Engineering/Maintenance experience in a high volume production food manufacturing facility
Experience with CMMS programs such as Maximo, Elke, SAP, MP2 or Somax is strongly preferred
Must have exposure to Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Processes and Tools
Exposure to Allen Bradley Systems/Controls
Knowledge of PLC's

Duties:

Reports directly to the Plant Manager. Supervises, leads and develops a group of approximately 12 technicians. Will direct and coordinate all maintenance activities in the plant and in garages including routine PMs, special projects, safety and environmental concerns and personnel matters. Ensure all processes and programs are in place and working to effectively ensure asset reliability. Develops long range plans for capital spending including replacements, upgrades, cost savings initiatives, and budget preparation. Accountable for the operating expense budget for the department.

Salary: $80K to $97K + 10% Bonus
